JMG PICK & CARRY CRANE DELIVERED TO GRÚAS GARRO

Transgrúas has delivered a JMG MC100RE pick & carry crane to Grúas Garro at its Barcelona facility. This electric, radio-controlled unit expands the company's lifting capabilities by offering three distinct operating modes in a single machine.

 

 

The delivered unit features non-marking tires for indoor operation without damaging flooring, an EU battery charger, and a winch for lifting operations. It is fully equipped with a hydraulic jib, a radio remote control system for all functions, and a white (RAL 9010) finish matching Grúas Garro’s fleet branding.

 

 

The JMG MC100RE stands out for its operational versatility: it can operate in front pick & carry mode, with a 7-tonne capacity for lifting and moving loads directly; in 360° stabilized mode, reaching up to 10 tonnes thanks to independent front and rear outriggers; and in carry deck mode, with the boom positioned to the side—ideal for transporting bulky loads on the crane's own deck. Additionally, the continuous, unlimited hydraulic rotation of the boom on the turret allows for precise load positioning at any angle.

 

 

This versatility makes the MC100RE pick & carry crane an ideal tool for in-plant machinery relocation, loading and unloading operations, and industrial maintenance tasks in spaces where conventional cranes with fixed outriggers cannot maneuver. Its electric drive also makes it suitable for use indoors and in urban environments, free from emissions or noise restrictions.
