JEKKO TRX80: THE NEW GENERATION OF COMPACT LIFTING EQUIPMENT

As you know, Jekko has expanded its range of lifting solutions with the arrival of the TRX80, an innovative compact truck-mounted telescopic crane with jib, with special bi-energy electrical solutions and the Jekko stability seal. This range has been developed to meet the needs of lifting operations in urban and industrial environments, as well as in areas with limited access. Distributed in Spain by Transgrúas, this new generation of equipment combines an 8-ton lifting capacity, a reach of up to 27.2 meters, and an extremely compact design, allowing access where a conventional crane encounters limitations.

 

 

The main innovation of the Jekko TRX80 is its fully integrated design on a compact, two-axle truck, with the entire crane contained within the vehicle's perimeter. This configuration facilitates access to narrow streets, urban centers, or industrial facilities with limited maneuvering space, while also reducing equipment setup times.

 

Another distinguishing feature is its 100% electric operation, powered by a 48V lithium battery capable of completing a full workday. The system supports recharging via the vehicle's power take-off (PTO) or from a single-phase or three-phase electrical supply, offering a sustainable solution without compromising performance.

 

 

Stability is another major advancement of the TRX80. Its hydraulic outriggers with continuous rotation and extension allow for countless support configurations, adapting to any work environment. It also incorporates pressure sensors that monitor the load on the ground to enhance safety during maneuvers.

 

The equipment includes proportional radio control, a 7-inch touchscreen, an LMI load management system, and interactive operator assistance—technologies that improve precision, reduce downtime, and optimize every operation.

 

With this addition, Transgrúas strengthens its catalog of compact lifting solutions, offering the Spanish market a telescopic crane especially suited for industrial assembly, metal structures, HVAC installations, maintenance and specialized construction.
