FASSI CRANE DELIVERED TO CERVIGLAS IN VALENCIA

We delivered a Fassi F185A.1.24 E-Dynamic articulated hydraulic crane to Cerviglas—a company based in Turís (Valencia) specializing in custom glass manufacturing for the construction sector—at our Valencia branch. The unit, installed at our Transgrúas Valencia facilities, will be used for distributing and unloading glass at customer delivery sites.

 

 

The F185A.1.24 belongs to Fassi’s E-Dynamic range. It offers a lifting moment of 17.23 tm and features a linkage system and four hydraulic extensions reaching 12.5 m. It is equipped with extra-extendable hydraulic stabilizers (up to 5,820 mm) and 180° hydraulic rotating stabilizers—a solution that reduces the footprint on the road and speeds up positioning in unloading zones, which are often restricted in urban and construction site environments.

 

 

Unloading glass requires smooth movements and constant load control. The knuckle boom crane integrates the FX500 electronic limiter, the FSC M1 stability system, a Danfoss D850 control valve with Prolink, the XP system, and an M.O.L. regeneration valve, which optimizes movement speed without compromising precision. The configuration is rounded out by a graphic display, digital rotation control, a main boom horizontal position indicator, and an emergency pump. Operation is managed via a 6-function Scanreco radio remote control, allowing the operator to monitor the maneuver from the most suitable position.
