DOUBLE DELIVERY AT TRANSGRUAS VITORIA

A new delivery from our Vitoria branch: two units for Cristalería Vitoriana—a Fassi F485RA.2.26 knuckle boom crane and a Jekko MPK06.2 glass-handling robot. These two distinct machines complement each other, covering the entire workflow from glass transport and lifting to final installation.

 

 

The Fassi F485RA.2.26, featuring a lifting capacity of 45.16 tonne-meters and an HD5/S2 classification, is configured with an L214 jib and a V20 winch. The jib extends the reach and working height, while the winch allows for cable-based load lifting to access roofs, inner courtyards, or facade openings where the crane arm itself cannot be positioned. Extra-extendable stabilizers, with a spread of 5,990 mm, widen the support base and increase available capacity at the sides of the vehicle.

 

Fassi’s Prolink, XP, and ADC devices—along with the XF system and variable flow valve—deliver capacity, speed, and control during maneuvers requiring precision.

 

 

The Jekko MPK06.2 handles the final assembly phase, reaching areas inaccessible to the crane. As the most compact glass-handling robot in Jekko’s MPK range, it functions as both a vacuum manipulator and a "pick & carry" mini-crane. It offers a lifting capacity of up to 600 kg and is 100% electric, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its JVM06.2 manipulator offers continuous 360° rotation and a tilt range of -38° to +96°, facilitating the precise positioning of each piece.
