CUSTOM TIPPER BODY FOR ALDACAR REFORMES

Transgrúas Barcelona has delivered a new sheet-metal tipper body to Aldacar Reformes i Construccions, S.L., designed and manufactured in-house at our bodywork workshop. The vehicle was configured to suit the company's daily operations in renovation and construction: material transport, debris removal, and rapid on-site unloading.

 

 

The body—featuring approximate internal dimensions of 3,300 x 2,100 x 500 mm—tips via an electro-hydraulic piston system, allowing for the effortless and quick unloading of debris and aggregates. Constructed entirely of sheet metal (front, sides, floor, and tailgate), it is built to withstand the wear and tear associated with loading construction materials.

 

The equipment was selected to ensure the vehicle also serves as on-site support, featuring a water tank, a toolbox, and interspersed winches and hooks to secure the load during transport.

 

 

The Transgrúas bodywork workshop handled the entire process: design, manufacturing, chassis mounting, painting in the client's colors, and the installation of homologation-compliant devices. Aldacar receives a finished vehicle, ready to hit the road and get to work from day one.
