A JEKKO JVM800 SUCTION CUP TO OPTIMIZE GLASS WORK FOR RIPOTRANS

Ripotrans has once again placed its trust in Transgrúas by adding a new piece of equipment to its fleet: a Jekko JVM800 glass vacuum lifter, designed to facilitate the safe and precise assembly, installation, and handling of large-format glass.

Technology serving safety and efficiency

The JVM800 is a high-performance vacuum lifter with a load capacity of up to 800 kg, suitable for glazing operations at height or in hard-to-reach areas. It can be configured in either a longitudinal or octagonal layout and supports the use of up to 8 suction pads, which can be adjusted according to the glass dimensions.

It features a dual vacuum circuit, a reserve tank, a vacuum pump, and an intuitive control panel powered by a rechargeable 24V battery with a built-in charger. Additionally, it offers 360° rotation with locking at 45° intervals and 90° tilting with a locking mechanism, ensuring flexibility and safety on the job site.
