A FASSI F32A DELIVERED TO AN AUTOMOTIVE PARTS DISTRIBUTOR

 

Transgrúas has completed the delivery of a Fassi F32A.0.23 ACTIVE knuckle boom crane to a company in the automotive parts distribution sector. The crane will be added to its fleet to streamline loading and unloading operations at its retail locations and during deliveries to professional workshops.

 

 

The Fassi crane has a lifting capacity of 2.7 tons/meter, HD4/S2 class, a 1.6-ton swivel hook, and continuous 370° rotation. It features bilateral controls, a Hydrocontrol distributor, a M.O.L. system, and a horizontal position indicator for the main boom. The 3,100 mm manual extendable outriggers, with ball joint support plates and adjustable to 30º or 180º, have been replaced with a shorter version to optimize maneuverability in urban environments.

 

 

The unit was installed at our Barcelona branch on an IVECO Daily, fitted with a 3,150 x 2,200 x 400 mm open-box fixed body. It features removable folding aluminum sides, an aluminum rear panel, an aluminum loading bridge and floor on a structure of electro-welded tubular profiles, as well as rear fenders, a toolbox, and perimeter lighting.

 

 

All the technical design of the unit was developed in 3D by Transgrúas' engineering department, guaranteeing a precise fit between the crane, body, and base vehicle, adapted to the client's operational needs.
