TRANSGRUAS DELIVERS A FASSI F40B TO OPTIMIZE ITS BEEKEEPING OPERATION

A lifting solution tailored to the needs of the beekeeping sector

Transgrúas has delivered and installed a Fassi F40B knuckle boom crane for David Bernardo, a beekeeping professional who sought to optimize the loading, unloading, and handling of beehives and beekeeping equipment. This addition demonstrates how specialized lifting solutions can contribute to productivity and safety, even in activities linked to the rural and agricultural environment.

The Fassi F40B combines maneuverability, precision, and performance in the field

The delivered Fassi crane has a lifting capacity of 3.99 tons/meter and a technical configuration specifically designed for working in confined spaces and on varied terrain. The equipment features four hydraulic extensions, a 3.2-ton rotating hook, and a 370° rotation system with a mechanical lock at 210°, guaranteeing precise movements and ease of maneuverability in agricultural and beekeeping operations.

Stability and safety for working on any type of terrain

The installation incorporates manually extendable stabilizers up to 2,770 mm with ball joint support plates and 30º or 180º orientation, providing a solid and secure base during maneuvers. In addition, the equipment features bilateral controls, a Hydrocontrol distributor, the M.O.L. system, a horizontal position indicator for the main boom, and a Scanreco radio remote control to improve operational control and user safety.

A Customized Rear Mount for Facilitating Daily Work

One of the highlights of the project has been the development of a rear mount specifically designed to adapt to the client's operations. This configuration streamlines the loading, unloading, and relocation of beehives and heavy materials, reducing manual effort and significantly improving daily work efficiency.
