NEW DELIVERY OF A FASSI KNUCKLE BOOM CRANE: AN F545RA FOR GRUES INGUELLA

With over 80 years of experience and a large fleet of special vehicles and equipment, Grues Minguella is synonymous with reliability, versatility, and commitment to the most demanding industrial sectors. It works daily on transport engineering projects, complex assembly operations, and special cargo management, both nationally and internationally.

 

To further strengthen its operational capacity, Minguella has added this Fassi F545RA articulated hydraulic crane to its fleet, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and ready to face the most ambitious challenges in technical and industrial transport.

 

Fassi F545RA knuckle boom crane: Power and control in a single unit

 

This knuckle boom crane, with a lifting capacity of 53 tons per meter, stands out for its robustness and precision. It incorporates a complete technological package that includes:

 

  • Continuous 360° rotation with a hydraulic motor and a 16-ton rotating hook.
  • Hydraulic outriggers extendable to 7,210 mm. rotating.
  • Front stabilzers on cabin with trim.
  • Fassi FSC SII stability control, which allows operation with outriggers partially deployed according to the predetermined safety configuration.
  • Prolink, XP, ADC, and oil regeneration valve systems for smooth, fast, and safe movements.
  • 2,000 kg V20 winch with automatic control and 60 m of anti-twist cable.
  • Permanent pulley.
  • Scanreco Maxi (V7) radio control with graphic display and full control of all operational phases.
  • IOC system with telemetry, remote diagnostics, geolocation, usage statistics, and crane lifespan.

 

A fully customized removable body

 

The assembly is completed with a 4,600 mm removable body specially designed for tractors: it includes a fifth-wheel fitment, lashing rings, a 4 mm sheet metal floor and sides, and winches. A functional and robust solution that facilitates versatile use in everyday heavy transport.
