CRISTALERÍA CERVERA ADDS A JEKKO MPK06.2 GLASS ROBOT
Advanced technology for handling glass in complex spaces.
From our Madrid branch, we delivered a Jekko MPK06.2 glass robot to Cristalería Cervera, a company dedicated to the glass sector, founded in 1982 and committed to innovation, state-of-the-art machinery, and cutting-edge technology. The Cuenca-based firm, with over 700 square meters of facilities and the best glassworking machinery, offers its services to both businesses and individuals, covering everything from facades and shop windows to safety glass and curved roofs.
Jekko MPK06.2: a compact and versatile glass robot
With this acquisition, Cristalería Cervera takes a significant leap forward in its operational capacity, incorporating one of the most advanced glass robots on the market. The Jekko MPK06.2 is a mini glass handling robot measuring 1,850 x 765 x 1,360 mm, specifically designed for working in hard-to-reach spaces: industrial maintenance, production lines, roofs, terraces, parking garages, and basements.
Technical features for high-precision glass work
This glass robot incorporates a vacuum system with two 12V-24V 155 Ah traction batteries, 1,200 W AC front-wheel drive, an anti-tip device, two electric extensions, a Pick & Carry system, electric column rotation, and four all-terrain tires. It can lift up to 600 kg with an extended arm reaching 3.75 m in height and 1.75 m horizontally, and allows for up to three simultaneous movements without power loss. All of this is achieved with zero emissions indoors thanks to its electric motors.
