COMPLETE EQUIPMENT FOR A WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

What a joy to share this new delivery with you! Transgrúas has just completed the delivery of an impressive piece of equipment that will make such a necessary but complicated task more bearable. It is a powerful Fassi F600RA knuckle boom crane mounted on a completely custom-made body for a company specializing in the selective collection of heavy containers. With this project, we take another step forward as a leader in lifting solutions for demanding jobs.

 

The jewel in the crown of this equipment is, without a doubt, the Fassi F600RA with continuous 360° rotation. Imagine the freedom this provides in difficult spaces. The crane features an FX900 limiter with a control panel and hydraulic rotating stabilizers that rotate 180°. Furthermore, this true technical marvel features an FSC SII stability control system, ensuring stability.

 

The hydraulic articulated crane has a V30 winch with automatic control and a 6-function Scanreco radio control that makes everything easier for the operator. And guess what? It also incorporates that technology we like to boast about so much: the Prolink, IMC with Automatic Dynamic Control (ADC), and XF (Extra Fast) systems. A technical display to ensure operations run smoothly, even in the most demanding situations.

 

But we didn't stop there. To complete this lifting solution in the most complete way, we designed a 6.10 m x 2.55 m fixed body that fits our client's needs like a glove. The configuration includes a front panel behind the cabin that rises one meter in height, almost like a small protective wall, and a recessed platform without sides with a textured teardrop-shaped sheet metal floor that, honestly, would withstand the footsteps of an elephant. To make life easier, we added a retractable ladder that appears and disappears as if by magic.
