We delivered a complete lifting and handling system to a leading company in the rental and leasing of commercial vehicles, with over 50 years of experience and a presence throughout the Iberian Peninsula. The configuration combines a Fassi F95 knuckle boom crane with a Marrel AL20 hooklift, offering a versatile, robust solution ready for intensive work.

The Marrel AL20 Hooklift Provides Robustness and Efficiency in Container Handling

The Marrel AL20 hooklift stands out for its 20-ton capacity and a hook height of 1,480 mm, characteristics that make it an ideal solution for loading and unloading containers and transporting heavy loads. The system includes pneumatic controls in the cab, a hydraulic rear body lock, an 80-liter hydraulic pump, and a 150-liter oil tank, guaranteeing reliability and performance in demanding operations.

The Fassi F95 crane combines technology, precision, and high performance.

The installation is completed with a Fassi F95 articulated hydraulic crane equipped with three hydraulic extensions and a lifting capacity of 8.56 tons/meter in class HD4/S2. The crane incorporates a 5.4-ton rotating hook, 400° rotation, and stabilizers that can be angled at 45° or 180° with ball-joint support plates to maximize stability and safety during maneuvers.

Advanced electronic systems to optimize daily operations.

The equipment features the FSC stability control system, FX200 electronic limiter, and a Danfoss S800 4-function distributor with a graphic display, allowing for precise and safe management of all maneuvers. It also includes a horizontal position indicator for the main boom, a Scanreco RCS radio remote control, and an integrated oil cooler, guaranteeing reliability even in intensive work cycles.
